Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Kaushik Jagannath Joshi (DIN: 00410595) as an Additional Executive Director , Approved the appointment of Ms. Radhika Kaushik Joshi (DIN: 08206100) as an Additional Executive Director of the Company & approved the appointment of Mr. Jignesh Shailesh Tank (DIN: 11819899) as an Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company W.E.F. 14TH JULY 2026
