A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at which the request of the Outgoing Promoters, viz. Chivas Trading Private Limited and Honcho Trading Private Limited was considered for Reclassification of the said entities from 'Promoters and Promoter Group Shareholder' to 'Public Shareholder' pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, subject to the requisite approval of BSE Limited.The Board meeting concluded at 7:00 p. m. on July 17, 2025.
