Audited Financial Results of the Company prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and year ended as on 31st March 2025, together with Report of the Auditor's thereon. 2. Declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per share on Equity Share Capital of the Company to those equity shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on 6th June 2025 (Record Date).
