The Meeting of the Board was held on 12th August 2026 to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, to take on record the resignation of the Company Secretary and the Compliance officer with effect from close of business hours on 14th August 2026 and to appoint new Company Secretary and compliance officer for the Company immediately after the tenure of the Former Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on 14th August 2026.
