Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2025;2. Appointment of Vishal N Manseta, Practicing Company Secretary, (COP: 8981) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of Five consecutive years commencing from Financial Year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company
