Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held Today i:e on Wednesday, 28th May, 2025 has inter-alia considered, recommended and approved the following: a) Standalone Audited Financial Results & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2025 and took note of Audit Report on the standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2025 issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company;b) Declaration from the CFO of the company on the unmodified opinion on the audit report issued by the statutory auditors of the company.
