Board Meeting Outcome for Meeting Held On Saturday, 30Th May, 2026.

In compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, 30th May, 2026 has considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.Accordingly, we enclose herewith a copy of the said financial results as reviewed by the Audit Committee along with the Statutory Auditor's report as received from our Statutory Auditors.The Statutory Auditors have provided their audit report with unmodified opinion. The said declaration is in compliance with proviso to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the Listing Regulations confirming unmodified opinion of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.The Board Meeting commenced at 4:30 p.m. and concluded at 5:00 p.m.
