You are requested to make it convenient to attend the same.Further, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company is already closed from 1st July, 2025 and it shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2025. You are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. As per SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) (Second Amendment) Regulation, 2021 vide notification no. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/22 dated 05 May, 2021, the Company is not required to publish the notice of Board Meeting in newspaper.
