Vijay Solvex Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/06/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board w.r.t continuation of Mr. Vijay Data (DIN: 00286492) as Managing Director of the Company, who will attain the age of 70 years on July 01, 2025, on existing terms and conditions including remuneration, for his remaining tenure up to 25.09.2025.
