Appointment of Scrutinizer for the proposed Extra-Ordinary General Meeting ('EGM'); 2. Consider and recommend the Susan Electricals India Limited -Employee Stock Option Plan, 2026 (SEIL-ESOP 2026) subject to approval of shareholders; 3. Consider and approve for incorporation of 'Susan Foundation' and investment therein; and 4. Approve the notice convening the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, 3rd September, 2026; 5. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
