Dharti Shah & Co. and appoint it as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-2027. 3.To consider and approve the appointment of Mr. Hemant Amrish Parikh as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company. 4. To consider and approve the transfer of certain unverified shares to the Unclaimed Suspense Account pending verification of the identity and entitlement of the rightful shareholders and to authorize the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent to process and release such shares from the Unclaimed Suspense Account upon receipt and verification of the prescribed KYC and other supporting documents, subject to confirmation by the Company and applicable laws.
