Supra Trends Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the above mentioned subject, we wish to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of our company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the First quarter ended on June 30, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.In continuation to our previous intimation of closure of trading window, we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed till August 16, 2026 which is 48 hours after the Board Meeting.
