23 May 2025, London     Intertek Group plc - Board Committee changes Intertek Group plc ('Intertek' or 'the Company') today announces changes to its Board Committees with immediate effect. Following recent Director appointments, the Board has taken the opportunity to review the members of the Board Committees and confirms the Committee Chairs and members as follows: The Remuneration Committee will continue to be chaired by Graham Allan and the members are Gurnek Bains, Tamara Ingram, Kawal Preet and Robin Freestone. The Audit Committee will continue to be chaired by Jean-Michel Valette and the members are Jez Maiden, Apurvi Sheth, Hilde Aasheim and Steve Mogford.
