Board Changes
Volution Group plc (LSE: FAN) ("Volution" or "the Company"), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces a number of Board changes that will take effect at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting in December 2026.
With Amanda Mellor approaching nine years' service as a Non-Executive Director, she will not stand for re-election and will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM. Amanda currently serves as Senior Independent Director and as the Non-Executive Director with oversight of sustainability.
Following Amanda's retirement from the Board, Celia Baxter will be appointed Senior Independent Director, while Emmanuelle Dubu will take on responsibility for sustainability oversight on behalf of the Board, attending the meetings of the Group Sustainability Committee.
The recruitment process for Amanda's replacement is underway, and further updates will be announced in due course.
