  5 June 2025 Revolution Beauty Group Plc ( " Revolution Beauty " or the " Company " ) BOARD CHANGES   The Board of Revolution Beauty, the multi-channel mass beauty brand, announces that Peter Hallett and Erin Brookes will stand down from their roles as Non-Executive Directors of the Company and members of the Board with immediate effect.   Iain McDonald, Revolution Beauty Chairman commented: "I would like to thank Peter and Erin for their contributions and support during their time on the Board. This move is consistent with our strategy to create a simplified organisational structure across the Company and its Board, bringing greater agility and cost efficiency. The business announced a Formal Sale Process on 21 st May 2025 and this process is on-going with a high degree of engagement and interest.
