14 December 2023   Nexus Infrastructure plc ("Nexus", the "Company" or the "Group")   Board Changes   Nexus (AIM: NEXS),  a market-leading provider of civil engineering infrastructure services to the UK housebuilding sector through its operational business, Tamdown , announces that after seven and a half years as a Non-Executive Director, Alex Wiseman will not stand for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) in March 2024 and will step down from the Board.   Following his departure, Clare Lacey, Independent Non-Executive Director, will replace Alex as Chair of the Audit Committee.   Richard Kilner, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board I would like to sincerely thank Alex for his huge impact on the Group since he was appointed in June 2016. With significant experience in the utility sector, specifically across regulation and strategy, Alex has played a pivotal role in the growth of the business and the successful disposal of TriConnex and eSmart Networks.
