PageGroup plc announced the appointment of Florence Mélique as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective June 1, 2026, who will also serve on the Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees. Mélique brings over 25 years of international executive experience, having held senior leadership roles at Visa Europe, Willis Towers Watson, and Zurich Insurance, and currently sits on the board of Savills plc. Florence will be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Florence is Senior Vice President & Regional Managing Director of Visa Europe FBL (a subsidiary of Visa Inc.). She has over 25 years' international executive experience having previously been Chief Executive Officer of Willis Towers Watson, France & Luxembourg and Chief Executive Officer of Zurich Insurance in France.
