The Company confirms that Simon Arora has today stood down from the Board of Directors of the Company at the conclusion of his twelve month notice period.
Once again the Board thanks Simon for his leadership of the Company and wishes him well for the future.
The Company makes this announcement in accordance with LR 9.6.11R of the Listing Rules.
