Mr. Arkle will be a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees. Mr. Arkle, aged 56, recently retired as a Partner of KPMG, where he played a key role in developing the Transaction Services practice into a UK market leadership position. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has extensive experience in assessing the strategic and financial position of businesses and building value across a range of market sectors. He was a Partner of KPMG UK (and predecessor practices) from 1st October 1982 to his retirement on 30 September 2004.
