BNCM and SERVEBANK to Jointly Expand UCAP Events
May 10, 2023 - BNCM and SERVEBANK announced today that both will jointly work with UCAP Network to further expand UCAP’s events across Asia.
BNCM and SERVEBANK have signed a Memorandum of Agreement to provide Consultancy Services to UCAP Network which includes the registration of Regulation A, listings on the OTC and or NASDAQ Markets, investor relations, and quarterly and annual compliance for UCAP Network (UCAP). BNCM and SERVEBANK will work with registered securities attorney, accountant, and other qualified parties in the United States to provide the Consultancy Services for UCAP as stated above.
UCAP plans to conduct around 10 concerts and events in the next 12 months. UCAP has successfully conducted 6 concerts in the last 6 months, with an average of 10,000 audiences per concert.
With the huge success of its 6 concerts, UCAP will now embark on its expansion plans of conducting concerts, events, exhibitions, and seminars across the country and overseas, in partnership with BNCM and SERVEBANK.
