Block Listing Update - Warrant Plan
Ondo InsurTech Plc has updated its block listing application, with 30,626,255 ordinary shares now exercised or lapsed out of an initial 33,037,918. The company currently has one remaining warrant program, the Fund Raising Warrants issued in May 2023, of which 2,411,663 are still to be exercised before their 22 May 2026 expiry. During the period from 1 August 2025 to 30 January 2026, 1,918,340 securities were issued under this scheme, reducing the balance from 4,330,003 to the current 2,411,663 unallotted securities. 30 January 2026 Ondo InsurTech plc ("Ondo" or the "Company") Block listing Application Update Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO) announces that under the Block Listing application announced on 5 July 2023 application was made for a block listing of 33,037,918 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The purpose of the block listing was to facilitate the future issue and admission to trading of shares pursuant to the exercise of share warrants under the various warrant instruments issued by the Company. The Company has subsequently received application to exercise, or the warrants have otherwise lapsed, in respect of 30,626,255 Ordinary Shares. As a result, the Company has now one warrant programme remaining in respect of the 5,191,669 Fund Raising Warrants issued in May 2023.
