12 December 2024 Dr. Martens plc (the "Company") Block Listing application The Company announces today that application has been made to the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for a block listing of securities in respect of a total of 15,000,000 ordinary shares of GBP 0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") in the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 16 December 2024. The Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as and when required under the Company's employee share plans. When issued the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
