BLOCK ADMISSION SIX MONTH RETURN
Corcel PLC has provided a six-month return regarding its block admission arrangements for placing warrants. As of June 24, 2026, the balance of unallotted securities under the December 2022 placing warrants remains at 116,500,000, with no increase or new issuances during the period. Similarly, the April 2024 placing warrants also show no change, with a balance of 79,950,000 unallotted securities at the end of the reporting period.
