Topps Tiles Plc has applied to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,900,000 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 3.33 pence, to trading on the main market. These shares will be issued from time to time to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's 3-year Save As You Earn scheme, and they will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.
