Concurrent Technologies PLC has applied to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of 3,853,052 ordinary shares of 1p each, expected to be effective on April 8, 2026. These shares are being reserved to satisfy the exercise of vested share options granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan 2021, and upon issue, they will rank equally with existing ordinary shares. The Block Listing Shares that are being reserved under this application will be issued by the Company, as required, in order to satisfy the exercise of vested share options granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan 2021. The Block Listing Shares will, upon issue, rank equally with all other Ordinary Shares that are then in issue. Admission of the Block Listing Shares is expected to become effective on 8 April 2026.
