Mr Miller is an experienced Company Secretary having worked with numerous ASX listed and private companies in various industries throughout Australia . Previously, Mr Miller worked in the audit division of a leading international Audit, Tax & Advisory firm, focused on engagements across the natural resources, technology and industrial sectors. Mr Miller holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) as well as a Master of Professional Accounting. The appointment follows the resignation of Mr James Doyle as Company Secretary. The Board would like to thank Mr Doyle for his services during his time as Company Secretary.
