The Company issued the necessary advertisements in the newspapers to the concerned share-holders who had not claimed their eligible dividend amounts for the year ended 31st March 2018 to claim their dividend amounts from the Company without any further delay. The advertisement also provided details of the need / requirement of transferring such unclaimed dividends to the credit of IEPF after the completion of 7 years from the date of issue.
