Bijou Brigitte: Preliminary Group sales of EUR 306.5 million Hamburg, Germany, 11 January 2023 - According to preliminary figures, the Hamburg-based Bijou Brigitte Group generated sales of EUR 306.5 million in the 2022 financial year. Compared to the previous year, Group sales increased by 41.8% (previous year: EUR 216 million). This increase is primarily due to catch-up effects from the lifting of pandemic-related restrictions in the retail sector. Group sales are thus slightly above the range of EUR 280-300 million which was published in the updated sales forecast in September 2022. The store network was reduced by 24 locations to 902 in the 2022 financial year (previous year: 926). Further information about Group earnings and the dividend proposal is due to be published in the second half of March.
