The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Ms. Omolara Bello Odeinde as Company Secretary, effective June 27, 2025. The Board expresses its sincere appreciation for her dedicated service and professionalism.
With effect from July 1, 2025, DLA Piper Africa - Olajide Oyewole LLP, a duly registered and licensed corporate services provider, will take over as Company Secretary. The firm brings substantial expertise in company secretarial services for publicly listed companies.
