Pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading Regulations, 2015, the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the trading window from June 24, 2025 till July 16, 2025 and the trading window shall open on July 17, 2025 i.e., 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
