Pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from December 24, 2024 till January 16, 2025 and that the Trading Window shall open on January 17, 2025 i.e., 48 ( forty-eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
