As Mr. He Zhenya, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of Beijing Dynamic Power Co., Ltd., is planning a major event that may result in a change in the corporate controlling right, and given the substantial uncertainties involved, the Company has applied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the trading of the Company's shares will be suspended from the opening of trading on July 6, 2026, with the suspension expected to last no more than two trading days.
