In addition, BeammWave announces subscription commitments with and without preferential rights totaling approximately 22.3 MSEK, corresponding to approximately 43.2 percent of the Rights Issue, including subscription commitments from larger existing shareholders as well as part of the board of directors and senior executives.On May 12, 2026, the board of directors of the Company resolved, based on the authorization granted by the annual general meeting of the Company held on May 14, 2025, to carry out a new issue of Class B shares of a maximum of approximately SEK 51.7 million, before deduction of issue costs, with preferential rights for existing shareholders.
