Mar. 3, 2011 (Filing Services Canada) -- BCY Resources Inc. (BCY - TSX Venture), is pleased to announce that Marco Strub has been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Strub was a partner of Exulta AG, a portfolio management company, from 1997 to 2003 and is currently a Principal of Sircon AG, a consulting and investment research company based in Zurich, Switzerland. Mr. Strub is director of various private companies. He is also currently a director of Canada Zinc Metals Corp. and Open Gold Corp., both are public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange ("Exchange").
Consolidation & Name Change Update
The Company has submitted its filings to the Exchange to consolidate its share capital on the basis of four (4) old shares for 1 (one) new share and its name change to Mexigold Corp. and new trading symbol "MAU". The Company will issue a news release once the Exchange approval has been received.
