Variation of Cease Trade Order
Hydro Power Technologies Inc.
(formerly Playbox (US) Inc.
which was formerly Boyd Holdings Inc.)
Sections 164 and 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On June 20, 2012, the Executive Director ordered, under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of Playbox (US) Inc. formerly Boyd Holdings Inc. cease until it files the required records and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.
¶ 2 Effective April 8, 2020, Playbox (US) Inc. formerly Boyd Holdings Inc. changed its name to Hydro Power Technologies Inc.
¶ 3 Hydro Power Technologies Inc. has not filed the required records and the Executive Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease trade order.
¶ 4 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the change of name from Playbox (US) Inc. formerly Boyd Holdings Inc. to Hydro Power Technologies Inc.
