¶ 1 Medican Enterprises, Inc. (Medican) is a Nevada corporation that is an OTCreporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S.Over-the-Counter Markets, and its securities are quoted on the OTCQB tier of theOTC Markets quotation system.
¶ 2 The Executive Director considers that there are unexplained and unusualfluctuations in the volume of trading in Medican’s securities.
¶ 3 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in thepublic interest, orders that all trading in Medican’s securities be halted until theend of April 21, 2015.
