In order to determine the list of holders of H shares of the Company ("H Shares") who are entitled to receive the final dividends for the year ended 31 December 2020, the Company's H Shares register of members will be closed from 22 May 2021 (Saturday) to 27 May 2021 (Thursday) (both days inclusive) during which period no transfer of H Shares will be registered. The payment of the final dividends shall be made to Shareholders whose names appeared on the H Share register of members of the Company on 27 May 2021 (Thursday) (the "Record Date"). In order to be entitled to the final dividends, all transfers of shares accompanied by relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's H share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not later than 4:30 p.m. on 21 May 2021 (Friday).
