As per advice of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the Offer price has been revised from PKR 47.85 to PKR 51 per share. Accordingly the Offer Price' in the Public Offer Document to acquire ordinary shares ofBawany Air Products Limited by Mohabat Khan and his associates/family made on December 19, 2025 and published in newspaper on December 22, 2025 will be revised. New book closure dates together with schedule will be announced after completing all formalities as required in the Regulations.
You may inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
