The Board of Directors through circular resolution dated 24th June, 2025, inter alia considered and approved the allotment of 1,26,81,963 equity shares of FV Rs. 5/- each to shareholders of Batliboi Environmental Engineering Limited (BEEL) in ratio of 9:10 as per the approved scheme of Merger by Hon''ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench.
