Apropos to Reg 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended, this is to inform that the company has entered into loan agreement to avail financial assistance/loan from Jinarya Gems LLP upto Rs. 5 Crore and from Smiragi Star LLP upto Rs. 5 Crore for business purpose.
