As CEO, Mr Meehan is entitled to receive an LTI for FY22 equivalent to 100% of his total fixed remuneration, pro-rated for the period between 8 February 2022 and 30 June 2022. Further, Mr Meehan's FY22 LTI entitlement for his role as CFO has now been pro-rated for the period between 1 Jul 2021 and 7 Feb 2022 (noting that Bapcor has already issued Mr Meehan with Performance Rights in connection with his role as CFO for the full FY22 period). The number of Performance Rights which Mr Meehan is entitled to receive for FY22 has been adjusted to reflect the above matters, with the net result that Bapcor has issued an additional 27,040 Performance Rights to Mr Meehan in relation to FY22 .
