Robert Urban appointed as Member of the Management Board of Millennium Leasing

On 3 November 2025 the Partners Meeting of Millennium Leasing appointed Robert Urban for the position of Member of the Management Board of the Company. The Management Board of Millennium Leasing shall be performing duties with four members, Marcin Balicki, Dorota Kotelska and Piotr Maj remaining with their functions.

Robert Urban has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, gained mainly in the structures of mLeasing Sp. z o.o., where he held managerial positions in key areas of the company's operations for many years. He was responsible, among other things, for business development, product strategy, methods of measuring credit risk and the implementation of modern technological solutions supporting partners and customers. He also supervised the activities of its subsidiary - Asekum Insurance Agency.

In his career, he was responsible for the creation and development of financial and insurance products, as well as for building and optimising sales channels through suppliers from various sectors - including automotive, transport, medical and industrial. He has worked with leading automotive brands, developing fleet and vehicle financing partnerships among others with Volvo Car Financial Services and Hyundai Fleet Lease.

Previously, he led the credit risk process transformation programme for retail and corporate clients, as well as projects in the field of digitalisation of sales tools and customer service. His extensive experience, strategic approach to business development and ability to combine financial and technological perspectives will be a valuable support for the further development of our organisation.
