Bangkok Chain Hospital Public Company Limited (the "Company") held its meeting No.4/2022 on 15 August
2022 with the following important resolutions:
1. Approved the appointment of the Risk Management Committee who retire by rotation to be the Risk Management Committee for another term with the following list:

5. | Mr. Pumipat | Chatnoraset | Risk Management Committee |
6. | Ms. Anchalee | Kengkijkarn | Risk Management Committee and |
Secretary of the Risk Management Committee |
2. Approved to increase the number of Risk Management Committee and appointed two persons to the Risk
Management Committee with name as follow: | |||
