Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, please find enclosed copy of notice sent to shareholders whose Equity Shares to be transferred to "Investor Education and Protection Fund" (IEPF) for those who have not claimed their dividend for a period of seven consecutive years from the Financial Year 2018-19, pursuant to section 124(6) of the Companies Act 2013 read with IEPF (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016.
