We have to inform you that pursuant to the Election of Directors of the Company, the meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors was held on Monday May 19, 2025 at 11:00 am at Head Office, Karachi, wherein the Board of Directors has made the following appointments:
Mr Muhammad Salman Husain Chawala has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board for a three-year term, with effect from May 19, 2025.
Mr Razak H.M. Bengali has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of three years with effect from May 19, 2025.
The Board Audit Committee and the Board Human Resources & Remuneration Committee both were re-constituted for the next term of three years.
