Fastighets AB BalderFastighets AB Balder's (publ) Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2025 resolved that the nomination committee should be composed of one representative for each of the four largest owners by number of votes.Members of the nominations committee shall be published not later than six months before the Annual General Meeting 2026 and shall be based on the known ownership immediately prior to publication.
