With reference to the captioned subject, it is being informed that the divident, if declared at the AGM, will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of members as at the end of business hours on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 being cut-off date ("Record date") for the purpose of offering e-voting facility to members in respect of resolutions to be transdacted at the AGM scheduled to be held on September 23, 2026.
