With reference to the above-mentioned subject, Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company (B.S.C.) would like to inform the shareholders and the market of the Company's intention to purchase treasury shares through Bahrain Bourse, pursuant to the approval granted by Central Bank of Bahrain No. CMS/L364/24 dated 4th September 2024 to purchase up to 10% treasury shares within 90 days from the date of approval.
