Announcement of the Board of Directors Meeting Results in relation to Ordinary Items

Bahrain Islamic Bank B.S.C. ("BisB") would like to announce that the Board of Directors meeting held on Monday,
March 24, 2025, after the shareholders' Ordinary General Meeting, approved the following items:
1.
Mr. Zaid Khalid Abdulrahman has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Usman Ahmed as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2. The composition of the Board subcommittees has been formed, and approval will be requested from the competent authorities.
