We hereby infrm you that in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the shares of the companyby Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and specified COnnected Persons as defined in the Code remain closed with effect from Tuesday the 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2025.
